The Federal Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requires the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to evaluate our performance in helping to meet the credit needs of this community and to take this evaluation into account when the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation decides on certain applications submitted by our bank. Your involvement is encouraged.

You should be aware of the following:

• You may obtain the public section of our most recent CRA Performance Evaluation, which was prepared by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at 120 Oak Street, Delhi, Louisiana 71232.
  
  
• You may send signed, written comments about our CRA Statement or our performance in helping to meet community credit needs to Albert C.
