Guaranty Bank offers a full range of business checking accounts for the small business, the large corporation, and every business size in between.
This account is designed for the business that prefers the convenience of a regular checking account but does not perform a large number of transactions each month. 

  • A $100.00 minimum opening deposit is required.
  • There is a $5.00 per month service charge.
  • Transactions exceeding 300 per month are charged at $0.30 per transaction.
  • A monthly bank statement is produced with images of checks and deposits.
  • There is a $3.00 per month charge for mailed bank statements.
  • E-statements are free.
This account is designed to address the needs of a specific size and type of business operation.
  • A $100.00 minimum opening deposit is required.  There is an account analysis maintenance fee of $12.00 per month; a $0.05 charge per deposited item; and a $0.15 charge per debited item.
  • An earnings credit is applied to the average balance on the account which would help to reduce or even eliminate any service charge.
  • A monthly bank statement is produced with images of checks and deposits.
  • There is a $3.00 per month charge for mailed bank statements.
  • E-statements are free.
This account is ideal for those businesses who want to place excess funds in an account that earns interest and who want the liquidity that a few monthly withdrawals would allow.
 
  • This federally-regulated account is considered a savings account with limited check writing capabilities.
  • A $2,500 minimum opening deposit is required. Businesses can make six transfers from their account each four week or similar period, if by pre-authorized or automatic transfer, telephone transfer, check, draft, debit card or similar order payable to third parties.
  • Businesses can make unlimited transfers and withdrawals if they are done in person, by mail or at an ATM.
  • The service charge is based on a monthly account analysis (see Commercial Checking for details on account analysis charges).
  • A bank statement is produced monthly with images of deposits and checks. 
  • There is a $3.00 per month charge for mailed bank statements.
  • E-statements are free.
This interest bearing checking account can be opened by sole proprietorship's not-for-profit organizations, and government entities only.
  • A $100.00 minimum opening deposit is required. The service charge is based on a monthly account analysis (see Commercial Checking for details on account analysis charges).
  • A bank statement is produced monthly with images of deposits and checks. 
  • There is a $3.00 per month charge for mailed bank statements.

This account is structured in much the same way as the Commercial Checking.

The difference is that this account pays interest on a monthly basis.
  • A $100.00 minimum opening deposit is required.
  • The service charge is based on a monthly account analysis which includes a $12.00 monthly maintenance charge, .05 per deposited item, and .15 per debit and deposit made. Because this account pays interest, there is no earnings credit to reduce service charges.
  • A bank statement is produced monthly with images of deposits and checks. 
  • There is a $3.00 per month charge for mailed bank statements.
  • E-statements are free.
